Sabumnim Julie Scoggins, II Dan. Ms. Scoggins began her martial arts training in 1990 with Shotokan Karate. She has been training in TaeKwon-Do since 2004 and in 2005 was inducted into the World Wide Martial Arts Hall of Fame as Martial Artist of the Year.
